Job Description
Duties will include cooking wholesome traditional meals for between 15 and 20 residents. A good catering knowledge is essential. Will also be responsible for washing up and clearing down the kitchen. Simple meal on Saturday such as Shepherds Pie and a Roast on Sunday. Immediate start! Will also need to cover for the other cooks annual leave which is taken in school holidays.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
Basic Food Hygiene
City & Guilds 706.1/2 or equivalent N.V.Q.
