Salary and benefits package
£40 - 45,000 salary + 20 days annual leave + 3 ‘free’ days between Xmas and New Year+ January 2nd + birthday day off + Life Assurance.

Our Client is a multi-disciplined marketing services agency growing at an exceptional rate. Areas of best of class specialisations include Digital, Promotions, Design, Experiential and Sports Sponsorship. They currently employs 180 people across 2 locations in London and Glasgow.
Overview:
The purpose of this role is to provide insights, strategy and conceptual thinking to key clients for the benefit of client accounts and the companies business performance. To become a key point of contact for both internal account teams and clients. In addition, the successful candidate will act as a conduit to help deliver conceptual and creative excellence.
Job Description:
To provide superior service to the business by:
Working with other departments within the company to provide the killer insight in order to deliver excellent conceptual and creative output.
Facilitating the communication of the companies knowledge to clients in order to ensure our clients are established as market leaders.
Driving cross fertilisation of ideas and development within the company.
Continuously identifying new and innovative opportunities within the company and for its clients. Taking responsibility and ownership of the implementation of any new ideas presented.
Communicating and presenting recommendations to clients and the company staff in a clear manner whilst using appropriate presentation tools.
Providing clear insight into client strategy and leading the strategic thinking within the company.
Always working to enhance effectiveness, productivity and well being of self and the team.
Being solutions focussed, probing and asking questions to determine root causes of problems and to eventually solve these in an effective and efficient way.
Being a good listener in order to develop and build a greater understanding of the speaker whilst always responding in a timely and appropriate fashion.
Person Specification:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that demonstrates a unique, deep and clear understanding of what a brand stands for and how it influences brand communications and our brief. The individual must demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a team in order to deliver excellent conceptual and creative output. The candidate should be willing and able to build strong relationships to become trusted and respected by colleagues and clients. In addition, a demonstrated flexibility in the candidate’s problem solving style is essential.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
Essential experience and skills required for position:
Proven experience of all areas of the marketing mix, including ATL, digital, design, events, promotional marketing and PR.
Ability to spot the killer insight.
Demonstrated knowledge of brands, propositions, architecture, relationships, essences and attributes. Excellent communication and presentation skills (in depth knowledge of all presentation tools)
Shows great initiative, professionalism and tenacity.
Influencing skills.
Solutions focussed.
