The role will require support and maintenance on all aspects of their web application support. Your responsibilities will include the support and maintenance of internal infrastructure including web servers, wireless network, VPN, Windows and Linux systems. Logging support calls from customers, performing initial technical investigation of issues Application functional and performance testing will also be Skills The successful candidate will ideally have a computer science degree or related discipline, expertise in web infrastructure technologies including VPN/HTTP, Previous technical support experience and good knowledge of Windows and Linux network and system administration.
