Vessel & Heat Exchange Engineer
Portsmouth, Hampshire, South East
Salary negotiable depending on experience
We are a specialist recruitment agency and we are currently recruiting for a number of roles within the engineering and oil and gas industry sector.
This particular role is for a suitably experienced Vessell and Heat Exchange Engineer
To act as a discipline engineer on projects, handling vessel and heat exchanger requisitions
Responsibilities:
Provision of technical expertise to project teams to ensure technical adequacy of vessel and heat exchanger equipment.
Prepare and develop deliverables to a high technical standard
Liaison with Clients, Project Engineering and Supply Management
Visit fabricators both in the UK and overseas
Job requirements Qualifications and Experience:
S8ignificant years of relevant experience with an engineering consultant, contractor ,operating company or fabricator
Sound knowledge of International Pressure Vessel Codes and calculation software
Knowledge of AUTOCAD an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 Quality procedures
Familiar with Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
