Job Description
Helping to provide the highest standard of professional support through the creation of an environment that will enable each person within that environment to achieve his or her potential. To assist service users to live as independently as is reasonably possible, promoting their individuality and dignity, offering particular support to those with special needs.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
Individual needs to have empathy for the group of people he/she is working with and must be willing to learn and receive the necessary training on the job to help improve his/her skills.
