As you will be dealing with a range of companies from SMEs to major blue chip organisations, a professional, mature attitude is essential for this role. ABOUT YOU: Driven, tenacious and competitive, the role will ideally suit an individual of graduate calibre with at least 6 months sales, marketing or commercial experience, and first class communication skills. Alternatively, if you are a recent University leaver looking to move in to a sales focussed role then you will also be of interest. With 95% of all BMS managers starting with the company at trainee level, career prospects are truly excellent.
