Job Description
Company: Our client is one of the worlds leading online gaming companies. They have developed huge success in online gaming and have over 1,000,000 regular players of their games. They have their European game support team based in Dublin and are now looking to expand this team.
Role: You will be responsible for managing their Spanish or Italian online gaming team that support a range of in-game issues such as new levels, bugs and purchasing add-ons as well as answering ad hoc support queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess solid team lead skills preferably in a customer service or technical support environment. In addition you will need MMORPG knowledge and an interest in computer games, online gaming and have good pc skills. In addition you will need native level Spanish or Italian and as well fluent English.
