Job Description
This niche tour operator is seeking a USA & Canada expert to manage their team in Manchester, tailor-making holidays throughout North America using a wide range of products.
Managing a small team of experts in a telesales environment, your role will be to motivate and inspire them to deliver exceptional sales and customer service results. You will be very hands on, involved in everything from developing new business to taking calls at busy times.
The successful candidate will have people management experience in a tour operations or long haul travel environment, with a thorough knowledge of North America. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to make their mark in a new and expanding organisation
