Senior Application Engineer
Stevenage, Hertfordshire, South East, Home Counties
Salary depending on experience
We are a recruitment agency and we are currently recruiting for a Senior Application Engineer for our Stevenage based client.
Telecom Data Management Senior Application Engineer
This position is to support various company applications including data management, risk management and non conformance data
Calls for support will be from the company Help Desk
Some support calls will be to provide training to the user
This position may also require the person to present new functionality to existing users
Knowledge of Product Data management and configuration management
Must be IT literate
Knowledge of MS Office tools, UNIX, Windows, Teamcenter and an engineering background will be an advantage
Ability to understand users needs.
Manage their own workload.
To give presentations
Essential:
Knowledge of PDM systems and the use of configuration control systems. Communication skills. IT literate.
A good knowledge on PLM environment (Not limited to the TDM)
Academic:
Computer or Engineering Degree
Desirable:
MS XP, UNIX and Teamcenter.
Ability to understand users needs.
Manage their own workload.
To give presentations
Previous Experience
Essential:
Acting within a support role
Desirable:
Providing training to individuals or groups of people
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
