Sous Chef – Cambridgeshire - UK
Sous Chef will manage the day to day kitchen operations. Ensuring the highest standards of food offer, developing the team, controlling costs and monitoring the business levels across this diverse operation.
Required Experience
* Experience at a Sous Chef level within 4 star hotels
* Passion for food and service * Proven ability to lead a team and develop talent
* Good understanding of kitchen financials
* Driven to develop
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is up to 22,000 plus corporate benefits including worldwide discounts.
