Job Description
Scheme Manager - 3 months +- Bexley Heath/KENT- FULL Time £10 incl ph or £13 ltd
An experience Scheme Manager is required to join a busy scheme within a Housing Association.
This is a part-time role that is 35 per week.
You will be required to:
-Manage the sheltered housing scheme, working with Elders form various cultures and backgrounds.
-Deal with the general welfare of the residents, dealing with emergencies, general management and administration of the scheme.
-Draw up support plans with residents on accordance of their individual needs and in line with the 'Supporting People' framework.
-Be responsible for the daily housing management of the scheme, including voids and repairs.
You will have:
-Knowledge of working with in older people services.
-2 Years experience of working within supported housing and tenancy management.
