Service Desk Team Leader - Itil & MCP

Status: Full Time

Salary:
35000-40000 Per Annum Bonus, pension, subsidised gym etc.

Job Description

Fantastic opportunity in a company with amazing benefits. Your role will involve managing and developing the Service Desk team ensuring that a high level of customer focused service is provided to the significant number of staff. Included in this will be managing and supporting IT projects as well as continuing to develop and optimise the service desk software.

Key requirements:
? proven track record of leading a Service Desk Team
? ITIL and MCP qualified
? solid Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory knowledge
? support and research for Sharepoint 2007
? proven ability in maintaining and developing Incident, Problem and Change Control procedures
? good Project Management skills
