Job Description
Abrecco wish to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst for our well known client to work on their Bellshill site. The successful applicant will join a small team in the provision of 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support and should have the following skills:
Essential:
- Wintel support experience
- MS Office
- MS Exchange
- Active Directory
Desirable:
- MCP / MCSE certification or studying towards
- Tivoli
- Cisco call manager
