Job Description
The client, an international insurance and financial services organisation, providing environmental risk solution with emphasis on contaminated land projects including Phase I, Phase II and remediation as required.
The client is currently seeking a Senior Project manager to undertake the following roles and tasks:
•Undertaking environmental due diligence assessments.
•Working with underwriters and claims division with the client providing environmental technical advice.
•Providing environmental consultancy to clients as required including environmental risk screening, QRA, liability assessments, asbestos and permit applications.
•Supporting the Environment Consultancy Business Manager with business development activities particularly in the Investment sector.
•He role will also require integration with the Engineering part of the clients business as a whole including the Brownfield, remediation and properly divisions
•Client management with Financial, Legal, Corporate and Investment sectors.
•Opportunity to take a staff mentoring role in the future as the team expands.
Salary will be dependent upon experience
