Candidates should be enthusiastic self starters with an ability to work in a team as well as individually. You should have a passion for developing web applications and a desire to work with bleeding edge technologies. Candidates should have exposure of;
Essential
- ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, AJAX.Net, Visual Studio.Net
- SQL (Stored Procedures), SQL Server, DDL, ADO.NET
- OO Design, NHibernate, Agile Planning, Application Architecture
- Test Driven Development, Test Integration, Version Control, Process Automation
Desirable
- Sharepoint
- Lucene
- MVC Framework
- Web Standards
