SALES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

THE ROLE: BMS offer clients a fresh approach to recruiting. We segregate the full-cycle recruitment process to make it more professional and consultative at each stage. Therefore, your primary role will be to conduct thorough face-to-face interviews to assess the key skills and attributes of our high-calibre sales candidates and provide them with constructive career advice. You will be responsible for the matching process, identifying which candidate best fits a clients requirements and liaising with that client to arrange interviews and take feedback.
ABOUT YOU: Driven, tenacious and competitive, the role will ideally suit a professional individual of graduate calibre with at least 1 year recruitment experience looking to move into more of a sales focussed role. Alternatively, if you are currently working in a sales or commercial role, and are looking for a dynamic company with better career prospects and a fast-paced environment, you will also be of interest.
THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary: 24,000 - 30,000
Commission/Bonus: OTE 40,000-55,000 1st Year
