Job Description
This large North West based travel company, with a network of retail travel agents throughout the UK, is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join its team.
The main responsibilities of this role include training and developing agents to achieve their potential growth in turnover and assisting them to increase bottom line profitability.
A confident and experienced presenter, with excellent written and verbal communications skills, you will be used to training groups and individuals alike. You must be highly organised with a passion for helping individuals improve their personal performance. A track record in sales and a broad understanding of marketing and motivational techniques is essential, as is experience in a retail travel management or training role.
Based in their offices close to Manchester, this role offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
