Paramount Recruitment is a rapidly expanding specialist scientific and IT recruitment company. We currently have a position available for a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be working in one of the most exciting, fast moving and buoyant markets. Reporting to highly experienced directors you will receive the training required to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. This is a sales focused and target driven role where you will be responsible for researching and contacting prospective clients; identifying and contacting suitable candidates; creating adverts to attract candidates, confirming interviews, and placing candidates. Suitable candidates will ideally be graduates with some sales experience. This opportunity would suit an ambitious individual who is motivated and driven by success.
