Job Description
This is a one-off opportunity to join one of the leading, most respected travel companies in the UK, as part of their specialist luxury holiday reservations team
Reservations Sales Coordinator - responsibilities:
- Making reservations for luxury, upmarket holidays, including VIP and Wedding holidays
- Maintaining client database, and guest profiles
- Handling staff travel reservations
- Pre and post holiday quality customer service
- Assisting the Marketing team
- Updating tour and product information
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year's previous reservations experience in the travel industry
- Excellent communicator, with clear and fluent English
- High attention to detail and results-oriented
- Previous experience of luxury or upmarket reservations would be an advantage
