Job Description
Our client is searching for a Poker Retention Coordinator to join the existing team.
THE ROLE:
• This role is responsible for managing an on-line Poker retention with the aim of retaining and increasing the number of new players coming to the site.
• Initiating and implementing innovative marketing strategies and promotions, tailor made to the different customer levels.
• Responsible for sending online campaigns, maintain the website, build tournaments for clients.
• Analyse and implement new strategies to a retention process using competitor analysis.
• Being in constant communication with the offline team and working together with them to develop the marketing strategy for the Poker product.
THE PERSON:
• Highly numerate with excellent Excel skills with the ability to prepare/analyse data and develop contact strategies based on this
• Excellent organisation and presentation skills.
• Innovative with a level of creativity and a passion to develop the role.
• A graduate, preferably a Marketing discipline.
• Minimum 2 years online poker experience.
• 3 years sound understanding of Poker retention in the gaming industry.
Salary is circa £30K
