Job Description
Our client is a major deliverer of welfare to work programmes across the UK. They are expanding their provision into Lincolnshire and Rutland to deliver a programme focused on supporting Incapacity Benefit recipients to find and sustain suitable employment.
We are looking to recruit 2 motivated individuals to work across our 5 new Lincolnshire and Rutland centres to deliver Job Search, Job Activity Coaching and other elements of our client's Employment Support Package to customers on their Pathways programme.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
The post-holders must be suitably qualified and able to demonstrate the ability to provide a supportive, welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere and have excellent inter-personal skills, strong presentation skills, and previous experience of working with Incapacity Benefit recipients or other unemployed groups. The ideal candidate will possess IT skills and the ability to motivate and empower individuals to find and stay in work.
