Oversea Sales Executive- Puerto Banus See other jobs from Recruit Spain Status: Full Time Salary: excellent Job Location: Europe > Spain > Marbella   Job Description Probably the most exciting telesales opportunity to arrive on the coast this year, and your chance to be there from the start! You might want to jump straight to the salary structure at the end of this job description, that should give you enough reasons to apply, but if you're interested in the role itself then read on- An established U.K. based construction company build residential developments in a wide range of European locations, these properties are then sold to investor clients, nothing could be simpler. The clients are both new and existing, they are mainly U.K. and Ireland based, and know that by buying direct from the developer they are saving thousands of euros in broker fees. Your role is to build a relationship with the client and provide them with all the information they require in order to have complete peace of mind that their investment is a sound one. You should be experienced in telephone sales, have a superb telephone manner (native U.K. speaker), be intelligent and naturally be self motivated. You will be able to work long hours, and not the type of person happy with making the very minimum amount of phone calls to purely earn your basic salary. The company will adopt a smart business dress code in their office, so no facial piercings or visible tattoo's please. They are aware that many applicants may have previously worked a short while for one of the existing overseas property companies here, and you will need to disclose this when you apply for the job. Anyone who does not disclose this will immediately be rejected. Here's the really good part- the company will pay a fixed basic salary (not a draw, not clawed back) of €2285 pcm, monthly commission (completely uncapped) and provide staff with full Spanish employment contracts. You will work out of brand new offices in Puerto Banus. As far as we are aware, nobody else is offering these conditions at the moment. There are likely to be 10 roles initially so your chances of securing a role are that much greater.
