Their European customer service operation is based in Dublin and is responsible for managing their online customer base for 21 countries. Role: Opportunities exist for fluent speakers of Hungarian and English to join their customer service team. You will be responsible for supporting online queries, customer emails and phone calls from their users. Your duties will include user account management, product and service support and ad hoc customer requests.
