BeesWax Europe specializes in supplying multi-lingual staff to the Contact Centre, Shared Service & Finance, IT & Sales markets. We provide recruitment services from Ireland to our European customer base and are now growing our sales team to take advantage of increased customer opportunities. Role: Three new roles exist for ambitious and dynamic trainee sales staff to join our Dublin based team. Recruiter you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from identifying leads, establishing a need, selling services, closing deals and delivering the service! This is an in-depth sales role where you will get 100% credit for the sale! Our recruiters work in a specific team that covers a dedicated market sector. Trainees’ will work as part of a team generating new business opportunities, market development & research for their market. Once you are up to speed on your market you will start working with specific clients on a variety of recruitment projects across Europe. You will be responsible for managing a database of customers and working towards meeting their recruitment targets. This role is a varied and targeted position that requires tenacity and dedication to deliver the service to our candidates. Typically recruiters will spend 3-4 hours per day on the phone to clients and candidates working through various aspects of the recruitment process. Skills: The ideal candidates will possess 3rd level education and 12+ months’ sales or customer service experience in a targeted B2B role. The most important aspect is the ability to demonstrate sales acumen, service orientation, determination and drive. In addition you will require fluency in German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Swedish although you will need fluent spoken and written English as 70% of your customers will be English speaking.
