THE COMPANY
A world leading financial services institution is looking for a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their already 12 strong and busy Marketing Campaigns team.
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll be developing, implementing and managing great direct mail campaigns for Marketing Services. You'll turn the business objectives into brilliant customer focused campaigns, giving us the edge over the competition and also work hard at building strong working relationships with key people – both inside and outside of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES
*70% of your time will be spent developing and managing your marketing campaigns
*Developing, managing and delivering your marketing campaigns, on time and to budget
*Always looking to improve your communications through reviewing your campaigns and applying what you've learnt
*Making sure your communications give out the right product message, brand values and of course making sure they meet regulator's rules. Managing all your campaigns through our online Marketing Campaign Management system and making sure you follow the Marketing Campaign Management process
*15% of your time will be spent building and looking after relationships
*Developing relationships with key people across Marketing Services and Personal Customers Marketing and in the different areas of the company. This helps make sure we're focused on our customers and campaigns that meet our business needs.
*Working closely with creative agencies to deliver the best communications we can and making sure they're always building their knowledge of our customers
*15% of your time will be spent working as team working with people across Marketing to integrate our communications plans and key messages
*Making sure we keep our costs down and keep control of our money
*Customer focus – making sure that we match what our customers want with what we offer them, all through great observation skills
*Strategic thinking – we need you to be able to shape and convert strategy into tactical campaigns in our fast moving market
*Creative solutions – we want your ideas and ways we can implement them
*Commerciality – a knowledge of what makes good business sense
*Brand focus – a commitment to our brand and its values
*Competitor Awareness – knowing what's going on out there and keeping a competitive edge
PERSON SPECIFICATION
*YOU MUST HAVE BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
*At least 2-3 years developing and delivering great marketing campaigns using different marketing channels
*You need to have worked closely with creative agencies and third parties
*Must be a team player
*You must be immediately available to start work or have a very short notice period
(i.e. 1 week)
