Job Description
A leading specialist in worldwide luxury rail travel, based in Altrincham, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to be responsible for a number of travel agency accounts in Spain. By making reservations, delivering exceptional customer service and building and nurturing relationships you will develop new business from new and existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have travel industry experience and be able to show proof of excellent customer service skills. You must also speak fluent Spanish plus ideally another European language. You will be joining a small team so the ability to get on well with people and work well on your own is essential.
The hours are predominantly Monday to Friday but occasional evenings or weekends may be required when representing the company at trade shows.
Based in Altrincham, Cheshire you will receive a basic salary of up to £17,000 plus bonus. After a qualifying period you will also be eligible for healthcare and pension contributions.
