Job Description
A leading specialist in worldwide luxury rail travel, based in Altrincham, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to be responsible for a number of travel agency accounts in the UK, Europe and worldwide. By making reservations, delivering exceptional customer service and building and nurturing relationships you will develop new business from new and existing accounts. There will also be a need to visit key agents so some travelling will be involved.
The ideal candidate will have travel industry experience and be able to show proof of excellent customer service skills. The ability to speak a European language would be an advantage. You will be joining a small team so the ability to get on well with people and work well on your own is essential.
The hours are predominantly Monday to Friday but occasional evenings or weekends may be required when representing the company at trade shows.
Based in Altrincham, Cheshire you will receive a good salary plus a bonus. After a qualifying period you will also be eligible for healthcare and pension contributions.
