St Davids: Help please. single mum on benefits. which way out?
Hi im a 37 year old mum of 3, hubby didnt want us no more, met someone. else, and im now forced on income support, and housing benefit, I been told by the job centre if I get a job I can keep 20 per week, the rest will go on the rent etc, so financially I wont be much better of, my kids are 6 13 and 14, I am struggling to cope financially and mentally as i see no future, I am considering going college so i can get a good job, but then i still wont be able to afford the rent which is 1150 per month, should i try get a council place, but then i dont want my kids growing up in a horrible place, any one out there been in my situation, i have debts galore, I just want the best for my kids, but c...

St Davids: Does medication (paxil) really work for Panic attacks?
I would like to get on medication (paxil) for panic attacks and constant worrying but I’m even scared to get on it because everyone says that it will be harder when you try to get off it. I have been trying to deal with my panic attacks for years now and I think that now it has gotten worse because I totally obsess about it and I’m even scared to be by myself. I had blood work done a while ago and I was told everything is fine. I feel very guilty for wanting to take medication for my panic attacks. Is there anyone that can convince me otherwise? The emails below are between my husband and a former colleague of his. Please note that my hubby tends to be pretty warm and fuzzy with everyone--men and women alike, and is always very complimentary towards people. Still, his response to her email bothered me and felt like it was flirting. He says he was just trying to nice and not embarrass her, but in hindsight, he does see that this was a little overboard. I am not worried about him being after this woman or having any interest in her. It's just the way he talked in the email that bugged me.

I have been dating this guy for 3 1/2 years. Last week he called me on my job and told me that he went and got some groceries for me (he does stuff like this if we are having problem).
