St Albans: Troubleshhoting Network Problems!!! High priority, which ones to solve first?
Your friend Joseph, who works as a network technician for a global long-distance firm with 300 networked locations along the Eastern seaboard, calls you for help. Usually, five other technicians are on duty to help him handle technical problems. Today, two of his coworkers are out sick, one is away on jury duty, and another has not shown up yet. That leaves Joseph and one other technician to solve all the problems that have occurred on this particular morning, including the following: A WAN is down between the Washington and New York locations, causing traffic to be rerouted from Washington to Boston, then to New York. As a result, customers are complaining about slow performance. The Alba...

St Albans: How much longer will my recovery will take?
My past relationships were never good. My first boyfriend was not in-love with me, I think he only wanted to touch my body and get pleasure out of me. I was 15 years old when we started going out. I came to the U.S. and he stayed in my homeland. Couple of months later I found out that he was going out with a girl that I knew. Couple of years later he came to this country we reconnected again and try it but it didn’t work out and we lost contact. It took me years to get over him; I think he was the only guy I can truly say that I was in love with. There was no intimacy involved. My second relationship was with my oldest daughter’s father. In this relationship I feel that I was a ...

St Albans: How can Americans approve of a bailout?
If you can't make a credit card payment due to unemployment, does the credit card company forgive you? Do they let you go and not report you to collection agency? If you can't make your car payment, can you still keep driving that car? If you can't pay for your asthma prescription without health insurance, will the pharmacist give you the medication for free? Then how can the government give FREE money as bailout to corporations who are not able to pay their own bills? That too without asking anything in return. A blank check of $800 billion? Why the debts of corporation is forgiven, when the debts of ordinary citizen is never forgiven? Citizen keeps showing fiscal...

St Albans: What do you think of Pres Elect Obama's proposal to bail out Phillip Morris?
4 board members of both R J Reynolds and Phillip Morris appeared before senate Democrats to plead for a 11.5 billion bailout. It appears the economic crisis had hit the sale of cigarettes quite hard. When you do not have a job the first thing that goes is your pack of cigarettes. I guess the executives wanted to go under the publics' radar since their request is being overshadowed by the big three automakers. The belief from Washington insiders is that come February of next year their request will be granted although at a far less amount probably in the vicinity of $1 billion. Any thoughts on this? Are these kind of action going to doom the Obama presidency from the start or is this a c...

St Albans: Is Bush secretly Gay?
Bush In Bed With Homosexuals 1.Candidate George W. Bush appointed four openly homosexual, gay-rights advocates to his presidential campaign steering committee. According to the homosexual group, Log Cabin Republicans, scores of Bush state steering committee members and campaign volunteers were homosexuals. 2.Perhaps this explains why hundreds of homosexuals gathered in Washington, D.C., last weekend to celebrate the achievements and leadership of George W. Bush. It also helps to explain why Rich Tafel, executive director of Log Cabin Republicans, said, We want the country to know that we are behind our president and administration. 3.On Dec. 21, 2001,...
