I am working as a Christmas Temp at ARGOS AND i HAVE £260 TO PAY FOR MY RENT MONEY IN FEBRUARY AND REALLY I NEED A FULL TIME JOB, HOW DO I LOOK FOR A FULL TIME JOB WHILE WORKING THERE?I MEAN HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR AN INTERVIEW ON A DAY WHEN I AM NOT WORKING THERE AS I WORK IN THE WEEK?WHAT DO I TELL COMPANIES WHEN THEY PHONE ME UP AND THEY ASK WHY I CANT COME TO THE INTERVIEW ON A CERTAIN DAY?THE REASON WHY I AM LOOKING IS THAT I CANT SEE THEM KEEPING ME ON AFTER CHRISTMAS EVE AS THAT'S WHEN MY CONTRACT ENDS!!!THIS CREDIT CRUNCH PROBLEM IS EFFECTING EVERYTHING !

Southport: Sweater to a job interview?
Hey, I'm kind of a short guy, and tend to look really stumpy and awful in a suit. I have a pretty big job interview coming up, the kind you would normally wear a suit to, and was wondering what you people would think if instead I wore like a pretty formal sweater ensemble? Like, a solid-color v-neck sweater, collar and tie and slacks. I think I would look much more reasonable, and alot easier to take seriously, but how big a part of the job interview ritual is a suit? It's a business casual workplace and very few people wear suits there.

Southport: Need help with interview questions for aide position!?
These were the questions asked in my interview, dont' know if l got the job yet, but l think l need some improvemets.
1. What do you do if you see a teacher did something wrong to a student?
I would ask the teacher privately about the situation and how she handled it, so next time l will know what to do if the same thing happened to me. If it was child abuse, l would report it.
2. What type of environment you work best in?
I work best in a structural environment in which that is a routine and schedule to follow everyday. (this might be hard if it's a lower grade).

I have a lot of patient, l can sit with a student until he understand...

Southport: Trouble job hunting and getting a job in tourism...help!?
I have been unemployed for nearly 2 months after coming back to England after working at Disney world. I have a Tourism and Management degree, AVCE in Travel and tourism, certificates in travel agency and resort rep. I dont know where i am going wrong as i cant find many jobs that suit my degree and i get interviews which go well but i never get the job. This is frustrating!!
Would it be best having a change in career direction?to work abroad? if anyone has any good websites, help or anything! that would be good!!...

My resume was forwarded to someone who may have an opening soon. It was forwarded by a friend to a colleague in the same department 2 weeks ago. This person called me that day and briefly described the job and said she wanted to email information and that it would be in 1-2 weeks. I have a current job but i had a call from an agency stating there was another job which i want to do, so i went for the interviews and the interviewers at the new job and agency said i have the job, this was on 25th november i got the approval, now today i had a call from agency stating that the job place doesnt want me. Southport: How to handle second interview?
I am going on a second interview for this job I want and I am sure they will ask why I am leaving my current job. They reason I am leaving is because this business is going down hill very fast. Our phones, internet, and power get turned off. We take many calls from bill collectors and 2 paydays ago my paycheck bounced. Southport: How do you know you have the job?
I recently went on an interview with a growing but well established a/c repair company. My interview was with the woman I would be working directly for and with. She seemed to be the boss of everyone but the owners. I think the interview went really well. I had that feeling like I GOT IT! She said things like you have everything we need for this position and you would definately fit in around here . However, she said they will make a decision in a couple of weeks.
