The franchise i've worked for has gone threw alot of changes over a sixteen year span. To the disgruntle employee who have either quit or been fried. I often hear the comment, Science has proved there is no God. Don't ever be bullied by such a statement. Science is completely incapable of proving such a thing.

The inductive method entails searching out things in the world and drawing generalized conclusions about those things based on observation. Southampton: An industrial/organization psychologist job description?
Could someone give me a fairly specific example of what an industrial/organzational psychologist may do when hired for private consultation by a company?
I cannot find a site that gives any specific example. They all say that companies can hire private I/O psychologists to help improve organizational structure. What does that mean? Any of it?

Southampton: KITTEN TROUBLE!!! Help me please!?
About 8 weeks ago I told every1 that there was this stray cat at a job site with 3 kittens that I have been feeding. Anyways... I caught 2 Kittens and took them to the RSPCA and left the mum and 1 kitten where they were. I went back yesterday and caught the mum and the kitten and brang them home, they have been running around the house and they looked quite happy last night, when I woke up this morning the Mum cat is still here but the kitten has disappeared, I have looked everywhere and I can not find him/her. WHAT DO I DO!!!
P.S. I am certain that I have not let him/her out.
Help me please.
