this may be a little long, so please bear with me and please help me if you can. i have this friend who i think needs some serious help, but i don't know what to do to help him or if he can even help himself, because he's in a tight spot so he can't go see any doctors at the moment.... I often hear the comment, Science has proved there is no God. Don't ever be bullied by such a statement. Science is completely incapable of proving such a thing.
I'm not saying that because I don't like science, but rather because I know a little about how science works. Science operates on induction. The inductive method entails searching out things in the world and drawing generalized conclusions about those things based on observation. Scientists can only draw conclusions on what they find, not on what they can't find.
Science, by its very nature, is never capable of proving the non-existence of anything.

Solihull: I have several questions here that all have to do with who gets custody of a young male child,mother or father?
If a woman and a man are fighting for custody over a male child only a few years old and the man makes 40K a year and the woman is only making around 12K a year who is more likely to get the physical custody? Does the woman have a big plus if the man is a truck driver and is gone a lot? What if the guy quits his job to get something local, but still makes more than the woman, could then he be more likely to get custody?

Solihull: Hindu girl marrying a christian boy.....Caste Conversion?
I am a north Indian Hindu girl marrying a christian nadar guy. After marriage will my caste be changed to christian nadar (for reservation purpose) or will i inherit my original hindu caste (brahimin). Basically once you convert to another religion can you change your caste or not?
I myself don't believe in caste system at all. As his caste is notified as Backward caste i needed to confirm whether I will be eligible for reservation or not
I will be baptized before marriage and converting (to avoid any conflict with future in laws). I am already in a software job. Asking this question just out of curiosity.

Solihull: Help with Sexual abstinence?
If I am a christian and being sexually abstinent, should I be ashamed if i can't help myself if a REALLY hot girl wants to give me a head-job.
I haven't received one yet, but i'm only 15 and don't know if i can't help myself if it's only a head-job, in the future.

I am being persecuted at my job for my beliefs. The other day I was in the employee lounge at my job and I was talking to another employee. We were talking about how homosexuality is a disgusting sickness, and a sin. We were just talking amongst ourselves, but loud enough for other employees to hear. Well one of the employees is an uppity gay man who decided to report us to the manager. The manager fired me and the other employee who I was talking to. Solihull: If they created B.C.E. (before common era) why didn't they create an A.C.E. (after common era)?
It's just that They created B.C.E. to be more sensetive to non-christians, but A.D. actually stands for Anno Domini which in latin means in the year of our lord. That's less sensetive than Before christ. So why don't they change A.D. To A.C.E. like B.C.E.

I had the Bible constantly rammed down my throat as a kid. I endured horrible little Christian schools where it was impossible to fit in.
