Sheffield: With the economy like this am I wrong to keep my job as bartender/ shft MGMR at 24$ avg an hour?
Or should I try to look for a HR MGMT job, considering thats what i graduated with (bach in HR MGMT) in 2005. I'm making quite a bit more then my friends that have but I know it's not career, at least for me...............

I have a question I quit from a job without giving notice 2 years ago. The reason being my brother lived 1800 miles away and was dying I had to go help my mom take care of him and then she ended up dying a few weeks after he did, but anyway I called my old manager and she and her manager said they would consider giving me a second chance under the circumstances that I was under but she said that I was ineligible for rehire and she would have to talk to HR can that policy be broken? Recently, I spotted a suitable job. Then, I asked my recruiter to contact that firm on my behalf. My recruiter replied to me that he had spoken to the HR director and would discuss me with her in detail soon. Immediately after his reply, I found another suitable job. Sheffield: What is the pay for KMart Loss Prevention?
I have a job interview for LPA on monday, and my question is what would the hourly pay rate be? I've worked for Acme Markets for 4 yrs as a meat dept clerk and have dealt with doing inventory, and daily throwout logs. I'm fully aware what shrink is, and have been trained about how to prevent it. I left there making $11.00 an hour, but was only part time (like 30-35 hrs a wk.)
I've worked as a full time casino security guard (for the past yr.) at 11.00 hr, due for a 50 cent raise this mo. (40 hrs a wk). On k-mart's site it said the pay went from 9.65-11 starting.
