Scarborough: Can someone shed light on atheism for me?
Here’s my opinion: Most Atheist people who think they are better than religious people are in fact the exact same as the people they hate. They hate people of faith for being a certain way and they turn out the same way. Most Rationalist people are soooo smug and obsessed with free thinking that they are overjoyed and get ego trips by something as mundane as saving two dollars on a can of soup because they took they time to compare prices. My idea of them is they are pseudo-intelligent people who mock me for following my imaginary friend Jesus Christ, yet openly brag about following Hitchens who is a pompous drunk, praised the death of a ma...

Scarborough: anxiety / panic attacks pt 2?
thank you to responses it was very helpful regarding anxiety and panic attacks, its a lot easier getting a perspective from someone else who has been through it. i just hate some of the intense symptoms that occur like the weird pains and tension across your head and the dizzyness and disorientation. feels so bad. i was able to take control of it for a few months and its just recently got back. im just scared something could be severely wrong in my brain like a clot or something. so many trips to hospitals and ambos and have found nothing wrong in my blood tests but they have yet to give me a cat scan. thats my instense fear that i have something wrong in the brain. i have change so much fro...

Scarborough: Do you think the big 3 automakers should be bailed out.?
Personally I hate to see all the jobs lost however I do not support the bail out unless the big 3 have a plan to revamp and change the way they do business. There is no point in investing 28 billion into the companies that will just run business as usual. While Honda builds a new plant in Indiana the big 3 have unfortunately branded the reputation for building unreliable vehicles. Also, the big 3 need to deunionize, they can not be competitive unless they stop paying their employees 75 dollars an hour while foreign auto makers in the US pay alot less and are non union. Down with the uinion so they can be more competitive. I hope to God that they survive, but they say Bankruptcy may hel...

Scarborough: Advice on how to find a car cheap?
A friend of mine needs a car to get to and from work. His girlfriend has a disability and can't work. The guy has been working regularly for a month and a half but has bad credit because he had been out of work for a couple of years before and was having a really hard time. He now makes just above minimum wage and works full time. There is no public transportation to his place of work, it's too far to walk and too cold and often too icy to bike. For the moment I've been giving him rides but I can't keep up with this. Renting a car is too expensive, the taxi is outrageously expensive and he doesn't have a co-worker who could give him a lift. It's out of the que...

Scarborough: Someone help!! I'm trying to deal with the soon to be ex!?
Hey everybody. I could really use some help with my situation. I can't lift this heavy cloud from my wonderful relationship I have with this wonderful man. Here's the story. I was married 24 yrs. 3 children, older. My ex no longer in the picture, no contact whatsoever. I've been dating this man for 21/2 yrs now. He was married for 10yrs. 3 children, younger. We are both in our 40's. He is only separated from his wife. He has been for 2yrs. now. He doesn't separate from her yet, as this is the only way he can have medical benefits at the moment. He took a new career path, teaching, and doesn't want to loose the benefits until he can land a full time...

Scarborough: what would happen if i dropped out?
For the past twelve years, I never thought about going to college, simply because I always knew it wasn't for me. In March, I quickly changed my mind. However, I changed my mind again. It's almost the end of first semester and I want nothing more than to just leave. I was just wondering, since the spring 2009 semester hasn't begun yet, will I lose any money? I already paid in full, hence why I am asking. PS, please don't be rude and tell me that I will never be able to find a job, because there are many out there....

Scarborough: When do I tell them that the plans have changed?
I am 15 and I am 30 weeks pregnant. My original plan was to give my baby up for adoption. That was when I thought I would be alone with no one to help me care for my baby. My baby's father and I have decided to get married and raise our baby on our own. He already has a job and is currently looking for an apartment for us. I am just not sure how to tell my parents all of this or when to tell them. Should I wait till it gets closer to my due date or should I tell them now? My parents told me from the beginning that they did not want me to have this baby. I refused to have an abortion so the said adoption was the only way. My boyfriends parents are very supportive. They want to hel...

Scarborough: i am at a lost can you help me?
i am 24 and the father has left me and i am feeling so down about the whole pregnancy. at times i want to keep the baby and at times i no longer want the baby. even though i don't believe in abortion i have thought about it as well as putting the baby up for adoption. the only thing is, is that my family knows and if i put the baby up for adoption they would try their best to keep the child within the family. the father knows and has a son already. this baby was planned but when i told him i was pregnant he disappeared. i have not seen him since, he changed his cell phone number, moved, claims to have changed jobs, says he doesn't have a cell phone, told me that he was dieing all i...
