Richmond: Conservatives...do you really think your opinion matters anymore and why?
On Jan. 20th 2009 conservatives will be stripped of power when President Obama is sworn in...Your criminal buddie Teddy Stevens is finished, putting the Dems even closer to the magic number of 60...and they will get it when Al Franken beats the Give me Free Suits I give you my Vote guy Coleman.
All you guys will be left with is the power of the Whine...which I see you all are already putting to good use here in the high profile world of Yahoo Answers. *snicker*
And do you realize just how much fun it is to see all of these ridiculous questions which merely highlight just how scared you are?
AFRAID of an African American in a position of power that most of you can only dream of? AFR... 22 Nov 08, 10:11:55
Richmond: Gay marriage? Should we get the gov't out and the Church in?
So if it's mostly the religious people that want to preserve marriage, then why not get the government out and make it a religious ceremony only, not a legal contract. Then legally we'll all be equal, and the religious folk get complete control over who gets married.
That way it's about love and God, not about who gets what when the relationship ends. Of course the gov't will be involved in child support like they are now for unmarried people. It'd certainly relieve some pressure off the court system, hey maybe judges could hear criminal cases instead of two so-called adults arguing over money! Wouldn't that be effing crazy!
Wouldn't... 22 Nov 08, 10:11:40
Richmond: Can a place of employment pull a job listing prior to the deadline to apply that was included ?
Meaning, list a deadline for Oct. 10, for example, then pull the job on Oct. 5 and no longer accept any applications? Or is it just really unethical, but legal?... 22 Nov 08, 10:11:08
Richmond: Should congress take a pay cut?
At the time of this posting, congressional approval ratings average around 17%. That means an average of 83% of Americans don't approve of the job congress is doing. Here's the data:
http://www.pollingreport.com/CongJob.htm
Anyway, I'm a field rep. for a legal support company, and if 83% of my clients didn't approve of the job I was doing I would have been fired loooooooong ago.
Now, I know that just firing all of them would never happen because that's why we have elections. But how is it that congress can just keep on doing a lousy job and not be subject to any sort of discipline at all?
Wouldn't it be nice if congressional pay were base... 22 Nov 08, 09:11:59
Richmond: If I have sole legal custody of my kids but I can't move over 100 miles how can I move out of state?
I have sole legal custody of my three kids my divorce papers say I can't move over 100 miles of him. But he never once showed up to our divorce trials, none of the parenting classes we had to go to. Also he owes so so so much money in back child support. I want to move out of the state to try to see if my son,( that has asthma will be healther in a different state. He takes 3 different kinds of meds now. Also to better my kids life on trying to get a better job. Michigan is going under with jobs.... 22 Nov 08, 05:11:45
Richmond: What would you do as a mother?
Would you still make this man pay child support? If father reimburses mother for child rearing expenses (not everything but it is fair to you), if you show him a receipt (I mean business expense reports) and he has equal say in the expenses. You will have to prove to him that all the money goes to the baby not your self. Rent, Utilities, car payment, and Day Care are not child expenses. Father who lives with a relative (wife, mother, sister or other relative) can provide you with day care any time you want to. If it is easier for you the mother than baby can live with the father fulltime and you don’t have to pay child support. You can still see baby anytime, you want to, and you would sti... 22 Nov 08, 05:11:27
Richmond: You know what, I hear my fellow Brits talking about restricting immigration...?
and that they want to LEAVE because of legal AND illegal immigration, well, you know something, I'm pretty sure there are a lot and I mean A LOT of people in Spain, NZ, AUstralia, Canada, and the US (who'd want to live in that toilet) are saying the exact same thing about the Brits. Why don't YOU stop taking their jobs and THEN complain about immigration. Besides, all you take action against are the people that come here, work hard, and are professional. You target those instead of the immigrants that are wrecking society.... 22 Nov 08, 05:11:52
Richmond: baby . p,, - the system, cafcass, and the law , a frightning thought..?
my heart and sumpothy gos to baby p, neglected and rejected let down by law,- Mine is a close story, a true one, and my view is these 'mistakes' as its called will by immoral vigilantes in our social care whom think there ‘god’ will in fact just carry on and on, until we the public give just cause and explain exactly what we want… A loyal, unbiast, monitered, protective trusting, power, but this involves every sector, whom is on the other hand- , sexist, unethical, and not wanting to do there job,say for a few, bogged down unable to make a difference,
Why do I say these words so harshly, my facts are, the police are corrupt, they see a man and a woman with crocodile tears,... 22 Nov 08, 04:11:17
Richmond: Who thinks we should take turns being President just to be fair ?
Next up would obviously be a Hispanic, then an Asian, then who knows? Maybe a homosexual could be king for a day, then a transgendered person, then a witch, then maybe we could let animals have a try, just to be fair?
I mean since we've determined that qualifications aren't important, why not?
No legal US birth? no problem!
No experience? no problem!
No cohesive thoughts in your little head? no problem!
No real job in your entire life? no problem!
No real idea what this country is supposed to stand for? No problem!
Absolutely no concern for what your policies do to the country? No problem!
And yes, I'm including our current President in this, as IMHO, he was the big... 22 Nov 08, 03:11:25
