Richmond: How is multitasking used in management?
Usually when you start to work for a ie, construction company in contract admin; you are given 2-3 projects at a time to work on. Given that time and cost are the key targets, and if most junior contract administrators work on a death line to complete all projects using multitasking skills, why is it that there is always many vacancies available in that job category.
