Richmond: you think i could get this job pretty easily?
i worked as a waitress for 3 months as a summer job, and now ive decide im going to work a little during the school year to earn some extra cash. a local retirement center is hiring for servers, so i decided im going to call and set up an interview.
im only 16, but have had previous serving experience, and i am a straight a honors student, very kind and respectful. do you think i should get the job? i feel pretty confident.
anyone had experience with this job before?

I went to interview for BPO call center JOB, but she rejected me. Saying that you have poor english, now the problem i can see and write and hear english too...How can i TALK the english language ..where i SHOULD GO...because non speak where i lives because its a small place non so literate...what web site or chat should i use ...? how can I improve the english talk and make exact pronunciation?
i have another thing to ask..I really never understand what the western people speak when they speak fast. how should i the skill of hearing english language which suits for western people......

Maybe others are just too quick to judge. I hate it.
Because i don't throw myself into a group of people and start talking, they all think I am stuck up or that i hate them. I know because I've been told, and it's quite disheartening.
I don't have a speech impediment. I just don't feel comfortable putting myself in social situations. I work @ a call center and I'm perfectly comfortable doing my job, i talk to others with ease, i'll even start conversations w/my co workers when its boring.

Richmond: Will medicaid help pay for deductibles or anything through insurance?
First off I have tried to call our medicaid hotline but noone ever answers ever...even at various times of days I don't get it and noone can help me it seems.
My question is, I had asked if my son would get medicaid when born and when I had someone on phone they said no. so I got health insurance through my job but it's very expensive. Then he's now 2 months old and I get a notice in mail saying his medicaid card is on the way and he has it. Will they be able to help pay his deductible or premiums or anything?
