Richmond: I have lost my job and owed wages?
Yesterday my employers fired myself and four others as the company i worked for allegedly had contacted an administrator.
They told us wed be paid in two weeks or so by the government.
They told us not to contact the accountants who dealt with the wages as they owed the accountants money.They did however send the accountants the timesheets for the month as to recieve the wageslips.
I have a signed and dated letter from the managing director stating i will recieve all money owed but i dont beleive them.I also have everything on mp3 as i recorded all conversations with my enployers without their knowledge.Can i claim a copy of my contract from them?...

Richmond: Are the jobs Obama claim to be creating funded by the taxpayer? Are these not government jobs funded by taxes?
These are not industry jobs where you make a product people need these are government funded jobs that are funded by taxes. These are only temporary no permanent. Does Obama realize that we are not in the great depression and these jobs are not quality solutions with so many companies failing? Or, is Obama just trying to make the unemployment numbers look better under his watch?

If the government gave every taxpayer $10,000 then we could buy a car, pay bills, pay for schooling, put down money for a house, pay carpenters or tradesman to work or fix your home, buy stocks, spend on clothes, food, furnishings, whatever we wanted. There couldn't be a better way for the economy to get back going again than that. Think about it more production, more industry, more supply for the demand will jump start jobs again so people will have money to spend to keep society in a moving fashion.Makes sense to me bailing these companies out will just keep em a float until they need more bailout few months later. Richmond: Why should the US Government give billions to companies who failed managing the money they already had?
There are about 300 million people in the US, give all of us each $1 million dollars (savings the government right there!) And let each of us spend our $1 million on boosting the economy! Buying houses, cars, investing, pay off debt, pay taxes, pay off loans, this kind of spending would increase production, add jobs, and the list goes on and on...... Don't you think the people could a better job at managing their million dollars to boost the economy, than these big business taking $700 billion?...

Richmond: Gay marriage? Should we get the gov't out and the Church in?
So if it's mostly the religious people that want to preserve marriage, then why not get the government out and make it a religious ceremony only, not a legal contract. Then legally we'll all be equal, and the religious folk get complete control over who gets married.
That way it's about love and God, not about who gets what when the relationship ends. Of course the gov't will be involved in child support like they are now for unmarried people. It'd certainly relieve some pressure off the court system, hey maybe judges could hear criminal cases instead of two so-called adults arguing over money! Wouldn't that be effing crazy!

The U.S. once was the greatest industrial nation in the world.Corporate America along with sold out politicians have sent the peoples ability to live even a lower middle class standard away from the country.
