Neighborhood banks don't look at customers as a percent they are concerned about the look of a neighborhood (abandoned homes) they may still use their professional knowledge as a way to prevent homes from going in to foreclosure rather than a way to steal money from unsuspecting customers. They can also take in to account employment in the area and help to fight to keep it in the neighborhood. Richmond: Who thinks this is a good way to save money and create jobs?
Who thinks this is a good way to save money and create jobs? We abolish the welfare system and start over. If you want to be on welfare, you can only be on for a certain amount of years and must prove you are actively looking for employment. We can save money by kicking a lot of people off of it that shouldn't be on it and we can create jobs by having those people who are on it or applying for it monitored....
