Me & My husband paid off all the money owed on his credit report in a attempt to clean his credit and be able to buy a house in the next year or two. Everything has been paid off. We were just approved for our new 2yr contract with At&T with NO deposit, which is a great thing, but what other ways can we re-build his credit again. We already have a vehicle and have always made on time payments so that is another reflection. We were told by a mortgage company that we needed a credit card.?. I think the only fair puppy purchase contract is one that guarantees the puppy to be free of certain genetic health problems (depends on the breed) for a certain period of time (again, depends on the breed). And if the puppy cannot be cared for any longer by the owner, then it must be offered to the breeder first. And if the contract says the purchaser promises to take good care of the puppy, then of course that's totally fair and good too (but it has to be worded in a reasonable way).
Other than that, things like breeding rights, co-ownerships, limited registration, no-breeding stipulations, spay/neuter requirements, showing requirements, etc. are complete nonsense and should no...

A good friend of mine who I have known since High School and I keep in touch over the phone and email (we live in different states).
She called me the other day, near tears, asking for advice.
Her situation is that her no good husband ran away with his mistress and left her with lots of unpaid business and property taxes, as well as a horribly handled mortgage on a property in need of some serious repair.
She is not receiving any child support or any other means of support (or even an assumption of his half of the debt) from her husband, because no one can find him.
