A month ago, me, my BF and our 15mos old daughter went to stay at his parents for 3wks while they went on holiday to watch his 2 younger brothers (16 & 17). While there, some money of my daughters went missing (money allocated for xmas gifts. It was kept in a tin opener bank, but someone stretched the slot to get money out. Looking for decent place to rent, low crime, good jobs for all kinds of ppl,and mountain areas and not far from a big city 45min to a hour drive. Moving from north carolina...unemployment rates suck here and taxs are high...time to move on to a better place.

what am i likely to? I have never worked a tax paying job, been a homemaker.mom etc since i was 17 and am now 60. Cant drive due to medical issues, pretty much disabled, have no family, income etc and will be homless with no assets or ability to work. Not trained in any job, no car, cant stand more than 5 mins at a time due to breathing issues and pain from osteoporosis. anyone in this general position know what I would recieve? I seem to meet all critria when only one is neded.

I know you probably heard this kind of story thousands of times but I really need help. My childhood was a living hell, I've experienced beating, abusing, touching, manipulation, threat, humiliation, etc etc.

My husband drives truck over the road, his work was slow and he was home for 10 days until last evening. He left this morning to go to Texas, our mortgage is late almost 2 months, our car almost 2 months, bills, etc. I was laid off and am hunting for a new job desperately! hi. i just had changed turbo for my peugeot 307 hdi 110 in local garage. turbo i have bought in scrap yard and i been told it is in good condition and been removed of accident damaged car. after this job my car engine makes screaming noise which sound like one of the belts is touching something and after driving this car about 7 miles i thought my car is burning. white smoke was coming out of the bonnet. this car has turbo fitted other side the engine and looks like this smoke was from turbo. any ideas ? mechanics mistake or turbos fault? by the way after this mechanics job i have found some more problems like ESP warning lite on dash board and noise in suspension.

Portugal: What's wrong with picking up the phone?
Ok so I got this new job at a retail store, and they told me that they might want me to wotk at 5 pm today.
They said I should call like 2 hours before just to make sure.
I've been calling for about an hour now and the line is busy. If I did have to work at 5 I'd have to leave right now cause it takes me like 45 minutes to get there. I don't want to drive all the way over there and then they tell me they don't need me to work there. It's 4 o clock now and I don't know what to do? Should I continue calling until 5 and if they don't pick up just not go?
It wouldn't be my fault, right?
