Plymouth: How can I make my sister see the pain she is causing our family?
I feel like life is getting a little too hard for me right now, and I would love some advice from my fellow answers.com readers. I have an older sister that is completely controlling my life. 50% of my day revolves around her, and I don't know how to cope anymore. She is a cancer survivor that is now battling bipolar disorder - she beats one disease and then another one just hopped right on. She has become terribly difficult to tolerate lately. Let me preface this with saying that I have two of the most loving and supportive parents in the world. My sister, however, blames them for not having caught the cancer sooner. She blames them for her bipolar disorder, for our economic hardships,... 04 Dec 08, 03:12:01
Plymouth: Does everyone have these thoughts? or just a few people? please answer.?
okay i am 14 (a freshman). i met this girl in volleyball this year who is 16 (a junior). i think she is very smart and very mature for her age. im always talking to her an i can tell her anything and she helps me out with everything. she is like an older sister to me. our conversations usually consist of things about growing up. emotionally and mentally. i ask her all sorts of questions. some of them are like... how do you find who you really are? what's the meaning of life? why is it so hard to let go of things you can't change? and more along the lines of that. i asked her what the meaning of life was or basically what the purpose was. and she told me it was to live. i was like w... 04 Dec 08, 03:12:00
Plymouth: Video Card / Desktop PC Compatibility Question.?
I'm currently looking to replace my desktop computer. I already have the monitor and other external accessories, so I figure my best bet is to go with a bundle from Future Shop / Best Buy.
Now, I need a bit of help regarding video card compatibility, without too much technological mumbo-jumbo, because I'm not too talented with that stuff.
Here's a desktop that's in my price-range (actually, even a bit over my price range):
HP Pavilion AMD Phenom X4 9550 Quad-Core 2.2GHz Computer (A6650F) ($749.99)

Plymouth: Does anyone feel like they are waiting for their life?
I am only 14 years old in high school. I have a dream (when i say dream, i mean i need this.) to be a movie director. I know i was born to do this and this is what i know best. I feel like high school is just here to teach me useless information that i won't need... (who cares about your cell membranes?) I feel like i will not start to really LIVE until i have my dream job, boyfriend/husband, house etc. High school will take so long, so how do i start learning about my future life RIGHT now? Plymouth: How to afford Board!?
I'm going to get a horse next year, and I believe I have all of the upfront costs as well as enough for emergency vet care already. However, I know there's a LOT lot lot more cost to a horse than the initial purchase. So I was planning to board at my current stable where I ease, take lessons, and where I learned to ride. The monthly board there is $300, with great facilities. Indoor arena and all.I already know how I'm going to get $175 of it no problem at all. And I can get Up to $200 of it without a whole lot of trouble.I was doing a job for the other $100, but it fell through, and I can't figure out how I'm going to earn it now! I'm too young for a job...so w... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:30
Plymouth: What kind of petsmart job should i apply for?
I really wanna work at petsmart because I like pets (i.e. dogs, cats, etc).
So what kind of job there should I apply for?
I'm 17 and dont really have any professional experience with animals since this is my first job and all.
I know practically everything about every kind of dog and I love dogs like crazy.
I have a dog of my own, and personally I love to work with dogs and learn new things about them every day.
I also love cats, hamsters, rats, reptiles, and fish. I'm not too big on birds, but I have no problem working with them.
The thing is that I just love dogs the most.
So do you think I will get hired? And what position, specifically, should I go for?... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:20
