Plymouth: I am looking to homeschool?
I want to be homeschooled because i basically hate public schooling for several reasons. I also am not into the whole private snob scene and homeschooling seems just right. Heres the catch; neither my mom nor dad can quit their jobs. So i need something that can be taught over the internet, is relatively cheap and is simple to use. Im going to talk to my counselor tomorrow, but i figured i would throw it out there before i do....

Plymouth: Another pay rise for Aussie teachers!?
I understand that this will take time but apparantly WA teachers are set to receive a salary of over 80 000. I would like to know from teachers why you think you deserve to get paid more than me. Compared to you, I needed better grades to get into uni, I did a harder course (5 year triple major with honours in biomedical science) and now work as a researcher and university tutor getting a total of 40-50000. I work 10 hour days without a lunch break and yes I also (like many other jobs) have homework and preparation work which I don't get paid for. I don't get 4 months paid holiday leave a year and I don't know anyone who gets long service leave as often as teachers. You may ha...

Plymouth: Which Indian Politician is LEAST CORRUPTED?
Can u tell me that in the history of Indian Politics, which politician has been LEAST corrupted? And how do you judge that? How can we (Indians) promote the idea of politics with least or no corruption? Because its only then the public's money will be used for their safety and benefit. Like in USA and CHINA, the government has used the public tax money to support their country people by creating jobs and saving banks from bankruptsy. If even one strong Indian politician comes up with a good intention, it can make our country a super power in true sense. Coz the people of India have brains and smartness. All they need is a good system to use their education for their own country&...

Plymouth: What should I do? Read my details for the story...?
I entered my JROTC corp 3 years ago. As a freshman, I was on every team we had, Color guard, field ops, armed drill regulation, armed drill exhibition and the drill regulation teams. We never went to competition. Our school had not been to competition in around 5 years. We were just there having fun, co-existing peacefully. We were a family in some sense. At the end of the year we try out for the positions we will hold the next year. I at the time did not really Want to lead anything, therefor I did not try out. The person who would be commander the next year being a friend told me I should try out for something, even the vice commander who i did not know said I should because I had the pote...

Plymouth: Taking my shirt off in public?
I don't know why but I am so unbelievably shy to be without a shirt in public. Up until the age of 15, I would swim with my shirt on and now at 22 years of age, I take it off when it is absolutely necessary or will make excuses not to swim so I can leave my shirt on. I am for the part skinny, pretty lean, I am not ripped, far from it but I am still skinny. Yes I know building myself builds confidence with this sort of fear but these things do not happen overnight. I always feel awkward when I am shirtless especially around guys my age (it can be because they better bodies than me) Anyways, I have to work with a 15 year old boy who has autism and loves swimming, my biggest fear when gett...

Plymouth: People are probably getting sick of hearing it...?
So, yeah, another argument and he's stormed out of the house again. I'm not saying that everything is his fault, I know I had my part in it too. A company my hubby got a loan through (when no one else would give him one) just called inquiring about why he was missing payments. My husband was incredibly rude and condescending to the person who called and I told him he needs to pay attention to how he talks to people. Maybe not the best comment, but seriously he expects everyone to treat him with respect, but he was a complete jerk to this person who was only doing their job. I'm getting sick of being the one to smoothe things over for his inconsiderate actions; this kind of thi...

Plymouth: Question about carpets being cleaned after tenants dog peed all over...?
I am asking this question to see what the general public thinks. I know ethically what is right, as well as my rights legally. Just curious if the general public is really as ignorant/immoral as my ex-tenants are. My ex-tenants/ex-friends had a puppy & this puppy urinated all over the house while they lived here. He was training, and learning, but had many accidents. We agreed that when they moved out the tenants would get the carpets cleaned to remove the urine odor. Well they decided to up and move out without notice, and I told them that I would expect payment with respect to a 30 day notice which meant they had to pay for 15 days of the next month, as well as I still expect the ca...
