Voting Question: I need a title for my story.?
It’s about a girl named Jamie Peddle whose life is pretty bad. Since she was 3 her father had been missing and her mother turned ill.
The story starts where Jamie is running from a man named Lee Whitaker because he thinks she has something that could tell of her father’s whereabouts. She soon meets a boy a couple years older than her named Blake Wilson.
The story goes on with her mother dying and Jamie and Blake finding a letter that gives a clue of where her father may be. The clue says that her father is somewhere in western Canada (they live in Penzance England).
The teens soon find their way across the Atlantic by getting a ride from a captain of a cargo ship named Captain Sha. Sha seems to know lots about what’s going on in the world.
Before Sha tells the teens yes he takes Blake and tells him something he must promise. Blake agrees and the children get a place to stay on the boat, but not their own room.
A five-year-old girl named Elizabeth and her half brother Billy accompanies them.
Elizabeth and her brother tell the others the story of their life.
A relationship is started between Billy and Jamie but is ended one day when Billy disappears.
The boat arrives in Canada and the children go on their adventure. They find out the cause of why people are disappearing and meet many people who shortly die.
Once the trip on the Trans Canada Railway drops them off in B.C, Elizabeth turns ill quickly and is not saved.
All along the way Lee was following the two teens and follows them to Jamie's fathers hide out.
Once Jamie's father opens the door he sees Jamie and knows she’s his child. Jamie soon learns the truth of why he left and is horrified. She leaves her father but he tries to stop her.
Lee, also hearing the reason is miffed and shots Jamie's father.
also its going to be a series of three books, what should theseries be called

Penzance: Does anyone know....
The name of the operatic piece in The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, I think that it's from Madam Butterfly, I know there's a lot from HMS Pinafore and The Pirates of Penzance, but I'm pretty sure there's one particularly beautiful piece from Madam Butterfly, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it!

Jamie is 13 in the beginning of the book and 14 later on; Blake is 16.

Voting Question: Accompaniment for The Elements (Or Major-General's Song)
I have memorized the lyrics to Tom Lehrer's The Elements , and would like to make a video where I sing the song, but I can't find anyone who can play piano and I'm wondering if anyone could point me to a recording of the song without lyrics in it. It's to the tune of GIlbert and Sullivan's Major-General's Song , from the musical Pirates of Penzance, if that helps.
Or if someone is willing to record it on a piano or compose a .midi or something, I could scan a copy of the sheet music and email it perhaps...

Penzance: Squid/Octopus Eggs??
Hello All,
I live in Penzance and the other day me and a couple of friends were walking the dog on the beach, and having a little paddle when we noticed what we thought was an odd sort of seaweed! It looked a bit like a pine cone/bunch of grapes.it was black and about the size of a fist.
Curiosity got the better of us and my friend picked up a sharpe rock and burst one of the (what i can only describe as) grapes and a tiny transluscent squid shaped embryo type thing popped out and started drowning in the air.
I've tried to google it but with no results.
Does anybody know what it was??

Penzance: Haven - Perran Sands..Any good?
Hi. I have booked for Perran Sands (Haven) in Penzance in August, but Ive read a lot of reviews saying its not great. We are going in a motorhome and a tent..is it a waste of our money?
