I am 25, I went to college pursuing majors that did not interest me, I went for a practical marketing/business degree and found my self in my second sales job in less than a year, doing the same thing day in and day out.
I live at home, and unsteady jobs have given me cold feet about moving out mostly because i dont know if I will have a job in 3 months.
I want a sales job cause I like how sales people can be lazy and make 6 figures but i really dont have a sales personality and I am not that great with people.
I am one of those people who like doing creative stuff, like drawing, piano, music but just never dedicated enough to ever follow though with anything.

I've had some bad luck in the job world. First I picked the wrong field...marketing. I'm stuck now! I lost my job in June....it's now December. I can't find anything and it is so frustrating! Penzance: how to lose the excess baby weight?
I had my baby 5 months ago and have dropped my calorie intake but don't have time to exercise with 2 jobs, the baby and a six year old. I need an effective diet pill to stimulate my weight loss, but don't know what to take. I used ephedra with my first baby (successfully) but now it's off the market. A friend mentioned one that's now medically approved (not alli) but I don't remember what she said. I need to lose 30 pounds....

Penzance: What is the law school appl process like?
Career-wise, law attracts me because it's able to offer alot of benefits. A few things on my mind though has been bugging me. These are just hunches that makes me rethink about everything
First, where does the money come from? A year in its around 40 grand. Does fiancial aid even cover half that much ?
Second, what would the job market look like coming out of a non-T-14 law school ? I get alot of comments that lawyers get alot of flack for not going to a recognizable name
Third, what kind of scores is decent enough to get into a top 40 school (outside of T-14) ?...

Penzance: two rental properties, need to sell, what to do?
I have two rental properties, both duplexes, in the same city (about 8 miles from each other). I live in one of the buildings, the other one I lived in previously. For a variety of reasons, I need to sell one or both of these properties. I am trying to relocate, but can't manage these properties from afar. I make NEG cash flow on each of them as it is, so an expensive management property is not the answer. I am overwhelmed and exhausted with prepping the units, dealing with entering tenant units, etc.. Penzance: I don't want to pay for an education whose curriculum was not current w/the job market. Help!?
Heald in Oakland, CA told me that the course was part of that course program (WP/Secretary) and that it couldn't be changed. If I wanted the more recent PC course (MS), I'd have to transfer to another program. I wasn't interested in that program. I don't feel I should have to pay the WHOLE amount for the program. How can I specify that the PC program (Displaywrite 2) was not current w/the job market? Please advise me what I should do....
