Can a person get Black listed when it comes to finding a job. I have never in my life had so much trouble finding a job, even during past recessions. This time, out of the hundreds I have applied for, I have gotten 2 interviews since June. I got fired from a job at a clinic, and they even took my unemployment back. I was sick at the time with hypothyroidism, and couldn't even defend myself, but ever since then I have been unable to find a job, other than a 2 year stint in a Convenience store which I had to quit because of safety concerns. Okay, I need a job, I can't afford to go to school right now wich depresses me so much because I'm 22 and so many people I graduated HS with have graduated college by now and are getting 'real' jobs. My little sister moved back to town and we started hanging out, if you know what I mean.(She's a grown woman,24 years old.) Out of the blue my dream job called me in for an interview.
