I am about to fill out an app for a apartment tomorrow. I am 18 and am pretty sure my credit is a blank slate. I am also going to have a room mate that has the same credit. Penzance: gym for sale, I am on the fence about buying, please advise! ?
I've gotten the tax returns for the last 8 years and they have always reported a loss mainly due to bank loans and deprecating equipment. I have been assured that I would be sold the gym with zero liabilities. I have the income statement of this year and last year thus far and after doing a side by side comparison and with the debts being taken care of, I see still losing $750-$1000 a month. The gym cost's $40,000. The equipment is not new, but not to bad. It needs a new paint job, better lighting and so forth, but that will not make a huge difference. I think opening the gym with 24/7 keycard access would bring in new members. How possible do you think it is to turn around ...
