Penzance: gym for sale, I am on the fence about buying, please advise! ?
I've gotten the tax returns for the last 8 years and they have always reported a loss mainly due to bank loans and deprecating equipment. I have been assured that I would be sold the gym with zero liabilities. I have the income statement of this year and last year thus far and after doing a side by side comparison and with the debts being taken care of, I see still losing $750-$1000 a month. The gym cost's $40,000.
The equipment is not new, but not to bad. It needs a new paint job, better lighting and so forth, but that will not make a huge difference. I think opening the gym with 24/7 keycard access would bring in new members. How possible do you think it is to turn around ...

My boyfriend of five years and my mother don't get along. In fact, they actually got into a big fight a few months ago (they have never really cared for each other but was always cordial). I moved out and got my own place, and my boyfriend lives with me (the lease is in my name only). Penzance: I see my 14 month old boy lately scares when I call him a little loud. Is it a normal behavior?
He is in a home day care 3 days a week and usually I see he is usually exhausted and not in a good mood after those days that he is in the daycare, and he is much happier in the days he is at home. Penzance: 6 yr old boy still wetting bed, what can I do?
I babysit a 6 and 10 year old set of brothers overnights, 3 nights a week. The 6 year old still wets the bed almost every single night. He wears pull ups to bed but here lately he has been peeing in the bed and it gettting all over. When he does this he doesn't come and tell us he just sleeps in it and his brother will sleep in it too. And yes, they do wake up.
