Nottingham: If I have sole legal custody of my kids but I can't move over 100 miles how can I move out of state?
I have sole legal custody of my three kids my divorce papers say I can't move over 100 miles of him. But he never once showed up to our divorce trials, none of the parenting classes we had to go to. Also he owes so so so much money in back child support. I want to move out of the state to try to see if my son,( that has asthma will be healther in a different state. He takes 3 different kinds of meds now. Also to better my kids life on trying to get a better job. Michigan is going under with jobs....

Would you still make this man pay child support? If father reimburses mother for child rearing expenses (not everything but it is fair to you), if you show him a receipt (I mean business expense reports) and he has equal say in the expenses. You will have to prove to him that all the money goes to the baby not your self. Rent, Utilities, car payment, and Day Care are not child expenses. Father who lives with a relative (wife, mother, sister or other relative) can provide you with day care any time you want to. and that they want to LEAVE because of legal AND illegal immigration, well, you know something, I'm pretty sure there are a lot and I mean A LOT of people in Spain, NZ, AUstralia, Canada, and the US (who'd want to live in that toilet) are saying the exact same thing about the Brits. Why don't YOU stop taking their jobs and THEN complain about immigration. Besides, all you take action against are the people that come here, work hard, and are professional. Nottingham: Can I sit the 17th edition IEE REGS. Exam. This because I and another candidate failed the exam! ?
I recently failed the exam. This even though I am a fully qualified Approved Electrician. My many years experience, now wasted, I felt I must quit my job, as I was now unquallified.
Ofcourse my boss was upset at my resigning, but I felt, I was doing the legal/right thing.
The truth was. The inferior instruction received, brought about great cofusion in preparation for the exam.
In consequence, there now exists, holders of the 17th edition with little or no knowledge of the Electrical Industry. Yes I am angry.
But because of inferior instruction....
