Nottingham: Should the USA government bail out Ford, GMC and Chrysler?
I don't think so. That senator asked the Chrysler, Ford and GMC CEOs, who flew commercial to Washington DC? That's ironic. If the government bails out Ford, GMC and Chrysler then that is equivilantly the samething as the big three filing for bankruptcy. Workers' wages will be cut in half and consumer spending will take a big drop. Additionally, Chrysler, Ford and GMC will not be able to compete with the foreign automobile companies because their management is inferior. Maybe we should bail the big three out two, three, four, five,..... times? People have to develope the private jet for the CEO, the CEO buys products and numerous workers beneath the CEO buy prod...

Nottingham: Now that a black man has won the highest office in the country, can we please do away with certain terms?
I know that racism still exist & no matter what anyone does it will always exist. But I believe as a nation we have moved beyond our dark years of racism & hate. I would like to know if we can do away with race based policies and statements? Affirmative action: a race and gender based selection system used for some government jobs and colleges The term cause I'm black I'm not being arrested for the crime that I was committing, it's cause I'm black I want to know as a nation can we move past these race based initiatives? or does Obama's election mean so little?...

Nottingham: How would the Big 3 failure affect the U.S. economy?
This letter from ex-Ford spokesman Jason Vines, found at http://www.autoextremist.com, was too good not to share. This is a partial excerpt due to AY.com restraints. We may never know the financial burden of Hurricane Katrina on New Orleans directly and to other Americans indirectly. Some have pegged it at between 200 and 300 billion dollars. While we cannot stop hurricanes, almost everyone now agrees that more and better things should have been done prior to the storm and certainly in the days and weeks after the disaster. What would those things have cost? Let's take a wild guess and say 100 billion dollars or half of what eventually was spent in a tot...

Nottingham: Anyone still think he's not a socialist?
Besides calling on former Clinton era people to serve and showing that there will be NO REAL CHANGE. Obama has now decided to put people to work building roads, bridges, schools, fuel efficient cars, and windmills. This is not the governments job! This is called socialism. We have seen this same playbook used countless times throughout history, most recently in Venezuala. It fooled them, and it fooled the stupid people of this country too. Congrats....

Nottingham: Do you think the government should bail out the BIG 3 Auto Makers?
From my own personal experiences I think they should NOT be bailed out. Who's bailing me out and giving me a new job? I got laid off in the construction industry recently and got behind on my truck payments, even part time night job wasn't enough to save my truck from being repossessed. I bought the truck for $25,000 for a six year loan put $10,000 down to make sure I'd pay it off sooner and have smaller payments, I had 2 years left to pay it off and was only 2 payments behind. General Motors/ Chevrolet repossessed my truck in the night and took it to a place 300 miles a way and sold it in one week for like $3,000 at an auto auction and didn't even try to work out a deal ...

Nottingham: I have a requested meeting to talk to my administrator about job description and concerns I have?
I am totally lost at my job. I was hired 3 months ago. I had training from an employee who was filling in and worked under me.... and she had minimal training. It lasted 3 days before I had to ask to remove her from the work area. I couldn't work, I couldn't do anything she sat at the desk and I hung over her shoulder.. that is how it started. I am a self starter. I was able to make the area my own a little bit. I brought to the new job my past experience and standards which DO NOT gel with this same type of company I work for. Yet.. I was told I was hired for my SKILL SET. I do remedial work which could be done by a secretary and feel this is THE MOST UNREWARDING JO...
